Can I return a module?
Short answer
Only if it has a confirmed manufacturing defect. Modules are prepared for a specific car, so returns for wrong orders, compatibility mistakes or used modules are not accepted.
Most MWMods products are programmed or prepared for one specific vehicle. For this reason the returns policy is strict:
- Accepted: a confirmed manufacturing defect or a product that arrives faulty. MWMods covers the return shipping and, after inspection, offers a repair, replacement, reprogramming, store credit or refund.
- Not accepted: change of mind, a wrong product, a compatibility mistake caused by incorrect vehicle information or VIN, and modules that have been used, connected, activated or installed - unless applicable law requires otherwise.
The best way to avoid problems is to confirm compatibility by VIN before you order.
